Volunteers – Volunteers have always played an important role at Step-by-Step. Whether helping out in the childcare programs, or the office, fixing a broken railing on the ramp, or by sharing their unique talents, volunteers have contributed in many ways to the success of the Society.  If you are interested in volunteering, we always need more people willing to serve on our Board of Directors and share in shaping the current and future directions of the society.  Contact us at 604-931-1977 for more information.

Students – At Step-by-Step, we welcome students from a number of lower mainland learning facilities and programs;  students from high schools as they are introduced to the world of “child care”, students entering into Early Childhood Education, Community and Classroom Support and Nursing Programs.  Step by Step’s reputation as a provider of high quality childcare and experience with special needs services attracts many students.  If you are interested in doing your practicum at any of the childcare settings through Step by Step, please contact us at 604-931-1977.
